Another month has whizzed by so it’s time to have a scroll back of my iPhone and see what are my favourite pics from the last month.
I take so many photos that I only ever share a tiny proportion so I love that I get to here. As I say they’re only from my iPhone so not perfect quality but there was a lot of sun in July so let’s share the beautiful blue!
Starting with this cheesy grin! She looks so happy here and I absolutely love this snap (even though she needed her fringe trimmed!) She was actually lying upside down so this is the rotated version.
My little chef. This was taken at a playdate at my friends house. Her son is starting school in September so it was their last “school day” one which is a bit sad as they’re all such good friends. She had cooked me an egg by the way!
This was taken at the weekend where my husband worked straight through so we didn’t see him for almost two weeks. I was so grateful that people offered to help us out and we got an impromptu party and BBQ invite. The girls loved it playing with lots of other kids and Charlie even made a new mate too. She dressed herself by the way!
We went to my best friends sisters house which is the most gorgeous place ever. Charlie is not a fan of animals so when he went in and started digging the chickens a hole, we were stunned! He was even stroking them which was a complete turn up for the books. He just loved it and it was gloriously warm.
I took this when leaving from the chickens. It speaks for itself doesn’t it!
This was taken on the hottest day of the year. We had an early morning walk round the small park in town before the heat took over. It is so pretty in the summer with all the flowers. There’s also our “castle” which I call it very loosely.
You can see why I loosely refer to it as a castle?! That is the remnants but for me it’s all about that beautiful sky.
My girls and my godson. There’s a year between them and I love that they all now can play together. We had a walk round my friends estate and it was lovely to see them chatting. I’m lucky to have such a brilliant friend live close by.
Ah my boy at his last infants disco. He is off to the juniors in September which is just across the playground but seems so grown up. He chose his own clothes and did his hair.
And finally, this was taken just after we had booked to go to DISNEYLAND! We found this little tearoom by the river where we had two slices of cake, three glasses of orange juice, two teacakes and a cream tea with scone and it was just £13! For a family of 5, this never happens so it topped off a brilliant day.
