Hello and welcome to March – it means a very busy month birthday wise with three of the family in this month, plus Mother’s Day which is always a mixed bag.Anyway, March also means lighter nights, hopefully warmer weather and spring! I’m very much looking forward to the weather turning nicer as I’m so ready. So I’m setting myself 5 goals this month:Run for 20 minutes. I am doing the Couch to 5K app and my record so far is 15 minutes I want to up it and manage 20 minutes non stop. I started the first week in January and couldn’t run for 1 minute for 15 is a massive achievement.
- Pamper time. We have a wedding in the middle of March so I really want to get my nails done as I haven’t since last June so I really feel like a treat. I had my hair chopped off last week and already feel so much better so having my nails done would be a massive treat, my eyebrows also need doing too!
- Make a decision on nursery. I am unsure whether or not to start sending the girls for one morning a week to get them used to the whole nursery setting as they will start properly in September but that’s five afternoons so I would love to ease them in gently but I’m so unsure.
- Aim for my 2 stone loss. I am half a pound off losing 1.5 stones so can I lose 7.5lbs in a month? I’d love to as 2 stone is much closer to my target goal. I really want to smash it.
- Go bowling. I absolutely love it and was gutted I didn’t get to join in for Charlie’s birthday so I want to have a date nght or a family day out; whichever – I’m not fussy!
