[Review] Brantano Boots for Toddlers

The nights are drawing in, mornings are getting dark and the air is getting chillier meaning that Autumn is well and truly on its way. I don’t know about you but the first thing that I buy when the weather starts like this is BOOTS. Last year I got myself a gorgeous brown pair that will hopefully carry me through this year but the girls sadly don’t have that luxury making shoes last – more to the pity of my purse!

With twins and quickly growing feet, I will be ditching the doodles and looking for a good pair of boots that are going to carry us through autumn and winter.

I have to admit that I have never bought a pair of shoes from Brantano so I was excited to try these out when we were kindly sent a pair each for the girls. I chose these Feet Street Blue boots both in a size 6.

The boots have a zip on the side which is easy to get them on and off. The front is hardwearing when they’re running about and climbing which my pair do a lot! We have been in wet grass and they do not leak or leave their feet soggy. The soles aren’t too tough which may make it hard to walk but the girls ran around with ease and they came up true to size.

We have had the boots around 3 weeks with daily wearing and no scuffs or scratches. They have withstood muddy puddles, leaf kicking and lots of trips to the park and still look brand new. They’ve had lots of compliments too proving how gorgeous they are.

The boots are priced at £22 each which I think for a sturdy pair of boots for little feet that are constantly growing is really reasonable. I know they are built to last until they outgrow them and I was impressed by the range on the Brantano website. It’s not a place I usually think of, but after trying out these and being so impressed I’ll certainly be checking them out when we come to their next pair when their feet grow (hopefully not for a while though as double the price works out expensive!)

You can check out their variety of boots and shoes for boys, girls and adults. They have branded products on their site and it’s free delivery on orders over £35.

B xx

Disclosure – we were sent two pairs of the boots which are photographed in exchange for this review. All words, opinions and photographs are my own
