I’m off to BritMums live next month and I’ve been told a blogger should have business cards so the lovely people at Frodsham Web stepped in and gave me a discount on their cards and they are fab!
I asked around what bloggers tend to have on their business cards and the general consensus was to have web address, name, email, twitter ID and Facebook address. I decided to go with my Twinderelmo logo which is recognisable from all my social media and the blog itself. I checked with Jack (who was my point of contact) and we went for the same colour scheme as I have on my blog. I was able to choose from a variety of fonts too and it was great to see a mock up of them before finally deciding. The cards are double sided so I chose for the brand name on one side and all my details on the opposite side. My husband previously opted for really cheap business cards and they were incredibly flimsy but these feel like such quality cards. The card is thick and silk coated and are the standard size cards which are clear and of a very high standard.
I loved the fact I was able to talk through all my ideas and thoughts with Frodsham Web instead of doing it all via a computerised input screen as I always worry I will make an error at the end or the images may end up pixelated and poor quality, but having a real person to help you saves you the hassle and worry. They are a small business based in Frodsham, they work with small businesses nationwide as well as locally; all clients can expect to get the same personable service I did. Everyone has one point of contact with out of hours support and easy access; I was very finicky over my font type and they were incredibly patient and helpful with me. I never felt like anything was too much to ask and the cards were exactly as I wanted.
