Wicked Wednesdays – Ze Artists

I braved the paints on Saturday. For the most of it, it was actually really lovely!

I felt like an awesome Parent letting their motor skills run wild and their inner Picasso shining. Until this happened.

And the paints were quickly packed away. Probably forever.

I’m presuming she was going for the mime artist look?

Oh, I love painting but not the clean up process… its usually a garden activity now, on the grass, just before bath time, or nursery!! #wickedwednesday

I remember when I did painting with the twins for the first time, they both ended up covered head to toe in purple paint lol #wickedwednesday x

Boo always eats paints, or crayons, or chalks I think she is trying to tell me that all of these things are better than my cooking as she never eats that!!

    Hehe it’s such a cute photo =D

This is the reason why I am not a fan of coloring/painting inside the house =P

I used to strap the girls into their booster seats… that way they couldn’t escape… but it didn’t stop them from completely covering their whole bodies in paint (including faces)! clean-up took a while…I also covered the table with a plastic table cloth and I used non-toxic paint… I used to make edible paint too- that way they can taste to their hearts’ content.
