Polar Loop 2 – Update and Giveaway

Just before Christmas I was sent a Polar Loop 2 to try out. I knew that 2016 was hopefully going to be my year of change and so far so good. I have joined Slimming World and started running so it’s been good to have an activity band to help motivate me and keep track of what I am doing each day. I will be doing more updates on my progress so keep your eyes peeled but for now I have exciting news. polar loop 2

All you need to do is complete the RaffleCopter below. Please be aware that the giveaway is only open to UK entrants aged 18+. There are no mandatory options on the RaffleCopter but obviously the more you complete, the more chance of winning. The winner will be randomly selected via RaffleCopter and the winners details displayed on the widget. The winner will be sent an email and have 72 hours to respond.     I’ve had my existing heart rate monitor & activity tracker for nearly 8 years (they were one of the first to come out!) and alas the HRM elastic strap has stretched and the tracker is less than reliable these days! I mainly spend time out running hitching the strap under my sports bra to stop it falling around my waist!! I’m currently training for the Paris Marathon on 3 April. It was one of the hardest challenges I’ve undertaken both mentally and physically. I completed my longest ever run this Sunday – 36km (22miles, just 4.2miles off the marathon – 26.2miles!) and it was so tough, but the sense of achievement and knowing I’d run for 4hours was a good feeling! The Polar Loop 2 and Heart Rate Monitor would be fabulous for helping me (comfortably!) track my progress in training and help monitor the amount of sleep I’m getting as getting enough rest is vital to successfully getting to that all important start line, and finishing on race day!
