Prestige Casserole Dish Giveaway

My Gran always told me that the one thing you should never scrimp on was good cooking equipment. I have learned the hard way that she really is right! Quality definitely lasts and it’s important to be able to rely on good sturdy pots, pans and dishes to see you through the many meals that I have to prepare for the kids. With the colder weather coming, hot dinners will be on the agenda every night and I love good hearty old fashioned proper grub.

With all this in mind, when we were asked to review a ceramic casserole dish from Prestige I couldn’t say no. The dish has a non-porous surface and will not absorb moisture or odours. It is high scratch and wear resistant; is freezer and oven safe up to 240 degrees and is dishwasher safe. It can also be used in the microwave and comes with a 12 month quality assurance guarantee. It is 21.5cm by 10cm and I chose it in red (to match our red kettle and toaster)

I have been using the dish for, erm, casseroles! The girls absolutely love spicy sausage casserole but I have also used it for stew both of them in the oven which is handy as it saves having it on the hob where is can spill over. The dish is a great size and we will be doubling up at Christmas as it’ll make a great serving dish!It has a RRP of £20 which is incredibly reasonable for the product. It is heavy and sturdy and cleans very easily with minimal effort.

I’m giving one lucky Twinderelmo reader the chance to win a dish for themselves (in either red or blue). All you need to do is simply complete the RaffleCopter below. Open to UK residents aged 18+ only. Prizes will be sent directly from Prestige. Ends midnight 20th October 2015.
