Last week we got to watch the first episode of Herbie Hound which Charlie loved so you can imagine how chuffed he was when the lovely creator Vicky sent him a copy of the book!
It is a paperback with 20 pages all about Herbie Hound going to school and making friends. It’s a clever and very different book in that each character has their picture by the words that they say. Herbie breaks into his split French accent which Charlie loved and giggled at as he tried to do his best French accent!! There is also a few French words and phrases which is nice to help them learn a bit extra plus a memory game at the end – just so you can be sure they were really listening!
It is such a lovely project to be involved in as 5% of the proceeds are being donated to Birmingham Children’s Hospital and the Dog’s Trust.
You can find out more about the wonderful Herbie Hound by visiting the website where you can also buy the book, or to be in with a chance of winning a copy please fill out the RaffleCopter below
