My Monthly Bucket List #3

Another month has passed us by and already we are a third of the way through 2015! The clocks have gone forward so light nights are creeping in, Easter is here along with the explosion of daffodils and tulips I love the spring. So what do I want to achieve out of this April:

1) Meet more bloggers. I am off to Tots 100 BlogCamp in Birmingham at the end of the month and last time I was a little overwhelmed so this time I really want to meet and chat with more bloggers and friends. Let me know if you are going!

2) Join the gym. I’m carrying this over from last month. I WILL CRACK IT!

3) Plan at least two family days out. I know we have been on holiday but with the Easter break it’d be nice to have some family stuff planned.

4) Finish tidying upstairs.

If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen my mammoth clear out of the girls room. I only went to hang clothes up and ended up on a 2 day mass clear out. It’s hard to totally gut and sort with two little ladies in tow. I can’t leave them alone nor have them with me as they cause more chaos so it takes a long time but I’ll get there. My room really needs blitzing and all my clothes sorting.

5) Take it easy. I’m not going to put loads on this month as at the end of April is one year since we lost my Mom. Not going to lie I’m completely and utterly dreading it not to mention in utter disbelief that it has been one year. It’s gone ridiculously fast and I think I just want to try to take some time to absorb it all.

Good luck to all of you with your lists. Hope you get lots ticked off.

B xx

I am *so* relieved to see your clothes photo! I thought I was the only one who had accrued so many clothes (and I only have one little one!). If you aren’t aware JoJo Maman Bebe are doing a wonderful promotion ‘from a mother to another’ if you have anything spare that you could donate to a mother in need. The details are on their facebook.

Arghhh, your room looks like our spare room/office at the minute. I though hubby was going to kill me last week when I dumped a few more things in there. Good luck with the gym, I need to get down there myself and really looking forward to meeting you properly at BlogCamp. xxx

Aw hon I can only imagine how you’re feeling about your mum, I won’t patronise you with any inane comments, as not a lot anyone can say to make you feel better on the anniversary, but just know I’m always here if you need a chat!

I always regret starting a clear out by the way as well, it always seems a great idea when you’re pulling everything out and then arghh you have to put it back again! Stevie xx #MonthlyBucketList

P.S Have fun in Birmingham, I would love to meet other bloggers, but buried away in Cornwall most events are a lot of hours away from me!

Eek at the clothes, I hate having a clear out. I’m going to blogcamp, very nervous. I will have Ava with me so hoping she will be an ice breaker. x

That’s a lot of clothes! Glad to know other’s have just as many clothes to clear out!

Have fun out blog camp, that sounds great fun! I wish they had something like that up here in Scotland, probably not as many parent bloggers up here though.

Sorry to hear about your mum, I can’t say anything to help, but just to let you know that I’m here for a chat if you want. xxx

I think sometimes, just giving yourself a few achievable goals is more beneficial than giving yourself countless of unrealistic tasks to do.

    Have fun at Blogcamp. 🙂

WOW the clothes! I am like you go in to put a few bits away and end up spending hours having a sort out! Hope you enjoy BlogCamp! xx

Good luck with all of those clothes, I was selling the kids clothes on ebay as and when they outgrow them, but sometimes I’m not sure its really worth it for the hassle to list and post them.
    take care of yourself x

We’ve got a huge sort out to do this week before the girls go back to school. I keep putting it off but we’re running out of time so we’ll have to make a start soon!
